Realizing Your True Potential
Whatever the focus of therapy or coaching, Alicia encourages her clients to set structured, realistic goals. She inspires her clients to work hard to achieve clear, measurable results, and to re-evaluate their lives as a whole. Alicia believes that therapy is, first and foremost, a dynamic process of getting to know oneself more fully, then using this knowledge to better realize one’s true potential within every aspect of life.
