Dr. Lynn received her Doctorate of Psychology from Alliant International University in Fresno, California. She has two masters’ degrees, one from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio in Human Science, and the second from California School of Professional Psychology in Fresno, California in Clinical Psychology. Prior to earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, she attended the University of Hawaii at Hilo for two years.
In her work with clients, Lynelle utilizes a number of treatment approaches, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and short-term Solution Focused strategies. When appropriate, Dr. Lynn involves family members in the treatment process, as she often sees individual issues as part of a larger social and family system. She is warm, empathetic and non-judgmental in working with a wide variety of clients from various cultural backgrounds and belief systems.
In addition to maintaining her private practice, Dr. Lynn works as a Rehab Psychologist and Neuropsychological Testing Specialist, treating Geriatric patients living in Nursing and Rehabilitation facilities.
She has lived in Dallas for over 10 years, but is originally from San Jose, California. She is married 14 years and has two sons.
