The Dallas Whole Life Counseling team is thrilled to welcome Zayle Griffin to our practice. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Zayle brings a wealth of experience and a passion for mindfulness and philosophy to her work with clients.
Zayle offers encouragement, insight, and non-judgmental guidance to help her clients navigate life’s challenges and promote emotional well-being. With a focus on recognizing, manifesting, and maximizing innate strengths, Zayle helps clients build resilience and find a path forward towards a fulfilling life.
In addition to working with adults on a wide range of issues, Zayle has a particular expertise in working with children, teens, and families. With over ten years of experience as a school teacher, Zayle brings a unique perspective to her work with younger clients, helping them navigate the challenges of growing up in today’s world.
Zayle also specializes in working with newly single mothers as they navigate the challenges of parenting on their own. She provides a safe and supportive space for individuals to overcome psychological and emotional abuse and trauma, empowering them to live their lives with confidence and resilience.
Zayle holds a Master of Education degree in Mental Health and School Counseling from Lamar University. She draws upon a range of therapy approaches and methods, custom-tailoring these to the needs of each client to ensure the best possible outcomes.
When she’s not working with clients, Zayle is a lover of the arts, describing herself as a “huge drama geek and self-proclaimed comedian.” She enjoys listening to music, reading novels, and spending time with her two young daughters.
