Information About Using Blue Cross Blue Shield
First Session
We offer video and phone counseling for those in Texas with Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
During the first meeting, a Blue Cross Blue Shield-approved therapist will help you explore your current concerns and treatment goals. A treatment plan will be discussed, and a meeting schedule for moving forward will be arranged. Our therapists emphasize genuine respect, patience, and compassion, treating their clients as "whole persons" rather than just a list of symptoms on a chart.
Cost
We are in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Deductibles and co-pays vary from plan to plan. Our admin staff will verify your specific benefits when you schedule your first appointment
