She offers encouragement, insight, and non-judgmental guidance as her clients cope with life’s challenges. Her goal is to promote emotional well-being by helping clients recognize, manifest and maximize their innate strengths. In addition to working with a wide variety of adult issues, Zayle draws upon her ten years of experience as a school teacher when working with kids, teens, and families. She also specializes in working with newly single mothers as they learn to navigate life on their own, and empowers individuals to overcome psychological/emotional abuse and trauma.
Zayle holds a Master of Education degree in Mental Health and School Counseling from Lamar University. She implements various therapy approaches and methods, custom-tailoring these to the needs of each client. Her treatment modalities include:

A lover of the arts, Zayle describes herself as a “huge drama geek and self-proclaimed comedian.” She enjoys listening to music, reading novels and spending time with her two young daughters.
