Dallas Whole Life Counseling offers phone sessions as well as face-to-face sessions. Phone counseling, coaching and crisis resolution options are available for both local and non-local clients. (Standard face-to-face fees also apply to phone sessions.)
Local Clients: If you are local, we recommend that you meet with the therapist face-to-face for your initial session, and thereafter discuss the possibility of continuing coaching or therapy via phone. If you are simply unable to meet with the therapist or coach in person initially, we will conduct the intial consultation via phone. Some local clients pursue a treatment consisting of both phone and face-to-face sessions. For example, some clients go out of town for a time, but would still like to continue treatment via phone. Other clients are simply unable to come to the clinic certain weeks, and choose to stay in touch with their therapist over the phone. Still other clients suffer from anxiety, fear of driving, or social phobia, and find it more comfortable to begin treatment via the telephone. If you are local, and think you would benefit from phone sessions–either regularly or simply from time to time–please call us at 972-755-0996 to discuss details. Alternately, you can contact us via this site.
Non-Local Clients: Individuals not living near the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex can still benefit from Dallas Whole Life Counseling’s unique approaches to counseling, coaching and crisis resolution. If you aren’t local, you will begin treatment simply by scheduling an initial telephone consultation instead of a face-to-face meeting. Thereafter, treatment will proceed much like it would in person for local clients. Please call us at 972-755-0996 for more details, or contact us via this site.
Crisis Resolution: This option applies equally to local and non-local clients. Sometimes individuals find themselves at a confusing crossroads in their relationship, career or other complex area of their life. Often, such individuals aren’t looking to pursue weekly coaching or therapy, so much as “check in” with an expert a time or two. The focus of these intense, often “one time” sessions is to reach toward a resolution of the client’s most specific, immediate issue at that time. In such sessions, the therapist/coach will offer direct guidance and advice. The client will be encouraged to better understand the deeper, often hidden, aspects surrounding whatever dissue, and then–based on this new understanding–take concrete action steps toward the desired resolution.
NOTE: You must be 18 or older to schedule a phone session. If you are not 18 or older, you must have your parent or legal guardian schedule the appointment.
