About Dallas Whole Life Counseling

Dallas Whole Life Counseling is the number one provider for the Dallas professional community.

Most individuals have learned to settle. They identify their job as a necessary evil rather than a passionate, creative expression of self. This is just the way things are. And when it comes to relationships, most individuals are similarly disappointed. Romance, excitement and sexual energy inevitably fade over time in a committed relationship, don't they? It is best to not ask for too much from our partners, our jobs, our lives.

At Dallas Whole Life Counseling we see things differently. We believe you already possess the potential to become happy, successful and profoundly satisfied within any and all areas of your life. Our therapists provide the compassionate guidance, constructive feedback and heartfelt encouragement you need to overcome your self-limiting habits of thinking, feeling and doing so that you can finally unlock your true potential.

Dallas Whole Life Counseling is co-owned and directed by Heather and James Robbins, who are happily married and have been together for over 20 years. Heather Robbins, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and a regular guest on media such as Good Day Fox4  and Ankarlo Mornings. James Robbins, M.A., is a published author, national motivational speaker and professional counselor. In 2004, Tony Robbins, world-renowned peak performance coach, personally selected James' first book of non-fiction, Build A Better Buddha, as motivational reading for his elite, international group of Platinum Partnership clients. The Robbins specialize in couples counseling, treatment for depression and anxiety, career coaching and numerous other areas.  James and Heather live the lives that they inspire their clients to reach for.

"Their shared interests in music, reading, philosophy and spirituality drew them together, but time has underscored their differences. James is more logical and intellectual; Heather is more intuitive and emotional, they say. They believe their differences help make them a good team." —The Dallas Morning News

Dallas Whole Life Counseling consists of a diverse team of therapy/coaching specialists and a qualified psychiatric staff. All treatment is carefully coordinated and managed by clinic directors, James and Heather Robbins. Contact us to schedule an initial consultation.
