Serving the Dallas and Fort Worth Area Since 1999
Our trained and licensed psychologists and counselors work with individuals, couples, kids and families.
James and Dr. Heather Robbins co-founded Dallas Whole Life Counseling in 1999. Their goal was to bring together trained and licensed psychologists, therapists, counselors and coaches with a wide-range of personal, educational and clinical backgrounds.
We take a holistic approach to mental and emotional health and wellness and we strive to create a comfortable, non-judgemental environment for all our patients. Our ultimate goals is for our clients to feel better and live better.
We are accepting new patients for in-person or virtual counseling sessions. In-person sessions are held at our office in Dallas Galleria Tower One. We can meet virtually anywhere in Texas. For your convenience, we offer appointments during normal business hours, evenings and weekends.

Affordable counseling, with or without insurance.
Mental health is important, and should be affordable. That’s why we accept most major Texas insurance, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare and Medicare (co-pays average $20 to $40, but it depends on your plan coverage). For those without insurance, we offer reasonable sliding-scale payments (starting as low as $60 per session) based on your financial situation. Our pricing is the same for virtual or in-person sessions.
The convenience of Virtual Therapy with our counselors in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Virtual therapy (sometimes called virtual counseling or tele-psychology) sessions are just like in-person sessions. We offer the same clinically effective treatments—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy—just like if you meet with your therapist in person. The only difference is you can meet with your therapist or coach online in the comfort of your own home, office, or even while you’re on vacation. For your convenience, we offer appointments during normal business hours, evenings and weekends.
All of our counselors and psychologists live in Texas (and most in the DFW area). So even though you’re seeing a therapist online, it won’t be someone from India. It’ll be one of our licensed, local counselors.
Not sure if Virtual Therapy is right for you?
We understand that online therapy is not for everyone. We offer in-person therapy as well at our office in Dallas Galleria Tower One. Just let us know you prefer in-person sessions when you make your appointment.
