Information About Counseling
We offer video counseling for those in Texas who are bilingual or Spanish speaking.
During the first meeting, a counselor will help you explore your current concerns and treatment goals. A treatment plan will be discussed, and a meeting schedule for moving forward will be arranged. Our licensed counselors emphasize genuine respect, patience, and compassion, treating their clients as "whole persons" rather than just a list of symptoms on a chart.
We are in-network providers for Medicare and accept private-pay. Deductibles and co-pays vary from plan to plan. Our admin staff will verify your specific benefits when you schedule your first appointment and in some cases may be able to offer a sliding scale based on your financial situation.
Please fill out a contact form to request additional information or to schedule your preliminary consultation. You may also call us at 972-755-0996
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
When you contact us, feel free to highlight your availability as well as any specific areas of treatment you are interested in. We offering evening and weekend appointments as well.

He values building a strong therapeutic relationship with his clients to create a safe and supportive environment for them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Jose received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Houston Baptist University and his Master’s of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. In his free time, he enjoys trying new foods, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and family.
