I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity for healing and growth. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel safe to share your story, explore life’s challenges, and discover new possibilities for lasting change. I approach counseling with authenticity, curiosity, and compassion, meeting you where you are while encouraging greater self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal resilience.
My work with clients focuses on understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences. Together, we identify patterns that may no longer be serving you and develop practical strategies that support healthier relationships, increased confidence, and meaningful growth. I tailor the counseling process to each individual, recognizing that every person’s journey is unique.
I enjoy working with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, stress, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and family systems principles, providing an integrative and trauma-informed framework for healing. For clients who desire it, I also welcome the opportunity to thoughtfully incorporate Christian faith into the counseling process.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent many years serving others through education, leadership, and community service. Those experiences deepened my appreciation for resilience, empathy, and the importance of walking alongside people during difficult seasons of life. As an LPC-Associate in Texas, I practice under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and consider it a privilege to support clients as they pursue healing, hope, and lasting emotional wellness.
