Reilly takes on an integrative, systemic approach when working with her clients. This approach allows her to utilize different models of therapy depending on her client’s goals and needs. When working with couples, Reilly uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, and Solution-focused Therapy amongst others. She uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy when working with individual clients.
Because therapy can be a challenging and nerve racking process, Reilly’s primary concerns are to make sure you feel safe, welcome, and cared for while working with her. She aims to provide a supportive therapeutic environment so her clients can feel safe to grow and be challenged. She sees it as an honor to partner with you in your life and hopes to help you live the life you are pursuing.
In her spare time, Reilly enjoys walking the Katy Trail with her husband and their mini dachshund, Nova, reading a thriller novel, spending time with her friends, and doing therapy. She loves spending time outdoors, hanging with her family, and cheering on Oklahoma State Athletics.
