Audra Spencer is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Erin James, M.A., LPC-S. Audra earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Amberton University.
Audra’s interests include collaborating with clients on anxiety, stress, ADHD, depression, coping skills, mindfulness, self-esteem, and couples counseling. She has years of experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry and experience in counseling adults in a correctional setting.
Audra is passionate about working alongside clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and core beliefs that influence emotions and behavior. Through practical skill-building, she helps clients achieve meaningful goals, lasting change, and wellness.
